Refund policy

We want you to be 112% happy with your purchase. If for some reason that's not the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned to us within 30 days.

We do not accept returns without prior approval. You must contact us first via email at shop@shirtlife.dk or our contact page to initiate a return.
Please add your order no.

Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless item is damaged or defective. 

You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 5 days of the return item being received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
